ODI Machine Shop Services
Our Machine shop Division specializes in the following: Manufacturing services such as Top Subs, Mandrels, Stabilizers, Rotor catch etc. Machining Services for New and Rework of API threads, V-threads, Stub Acme and Acme connections. Hard Metal applications using PTA, Wire or Carbide rods on Kick pads, Stabilizers, Crowns, FB Housings and more. Fabrication on all types of racks. We have a wide range of clientele from directional drilling companies, tool rental companies, dumb iron companies, MWD and more.
Hardbanding
Hardbanding is a process which greatly extends the life of tool joints and sections of steel pipe to which the material is applied. Granules of tungsten carbide are dropped into a melt puddle which is formed when a low carbon chrome based alloy is welded to an outside surface of a drill pipe. Materials such as stabilizers, drill pipe, subs, and collars are some of the tools we apply this method. We follow our hardbanding procedures or our clients recommended requirements.
Manufacturing & Rework Services
We provide manufacturing and rework services to our customers for oil field equipment. Some of the oil filed products we manufacture are pipe racks and skids for land base and offshore assets. We are able to build or design your requirements with an AutoCad drawing or sketch. Certification and documentation will be provided.
